Spam filtering service level 2

All mail marked as Spam will be held by the server prior to the user downloading the mail and provision of on-line "White and Black Lists" management system

Customers will be able to go online to their admin area and view all mails marked as "Suspected Spam" and inspect the marked e-mail. In the event that a genuine e-mail is marked incorrectly, a forward to mail box facility is provided to download the e-mail. Mail marked as "Suspected Spam" will be held in this system for 16 days.
